Inspired by Vienna’s extraordinary musical heritage, the series brings the great composers who lived and worked in this city into an intimate salon setting, combining exceptional live chamber music with the stories, ideas and historical context behind their masterpieces. In each concert, Trio Elyrion and Izidor Mendas invite audiences to experience music by Mozart, Haydn, Beethoven, Schubert and Brahms not simply as repertoire, but as part of Vienna’s rich cultural history. The series seeks to revive the spirit of the historic Viennese salon: a place where music, conversation and cultural exchange come together.
The artistic founder and pianist of Vienna Music Masters is the distinguished Swedish pianist Daniel Beskow.
